Let’s be fair. As the bounty of our local farms keep finding new ways to market, the chance to expand our distribution and feed more families becomes ever more possible. The way we see it, past limitations in the quantity of local food has kept prices too high and the number of eaters too low. Good Food for Good People has been working on that problem since the beginning of our existence.
GFfGP has recently thrown a number of new initiatives on the drawing table and are now plotting the next moves in the Delicious Revolution. We are contemplating expanding our footprint and hours at the Country to the Core Market while at the same time dreaming up a partnership with General (MeHarry) Hospital similar to the one we enjoy with the Veteran’s Hospital. We may even expand our Samaritan mobile markets to more locations and distribute an even broader array of healthy and local products.
What we are seeking is an ethical and fair solution providing a more comprehensive distribution of the great locally-raised food we steward. Every year we help more farmers, raising their income and their direct connection to their patrons. We hope you will continue to support us as we wind our way to more fairness and more great food.
